Circuit Description A LED-sign example consisting of 160 LEDs driven by five 32-stage shift-registers. In each clock cycle, one column of LED data is read from the ROM and shifted into the shift-registers. Edit the ROM contents to use your own text. (Note that a 'real' implementation for a LED-sign would probably use a microcontroller and multiplexing of the LEDs to save cost.)
