public class InsertPointCommand
extends Command

insert a new control point into a polyline/spline.

InsertPointCommand allows to insert a new control point into an open or closed polyline, spline, or bezier spline object.

return an array-wrapped reference to the polyline (or spline) object modified by this command. The polyline reference may be null. Note that there is no way to find which vertex has been inserted into the target object.

This method provides the central callback from the editor to its current command object. Passing a FigCanvasEvent parameter, the editor provides information both about the screen coordinates and the world coordinates of the mouse event.

Naturally, mouse presses are ignored for class Command.
