evaluate

public void evaluate(java.lang.Object arg)
evaluate: check the NR, C, D inputs and calculate Q and NQ. If NR is low (active) reset the latch, otherwise check for C and propagate the D input to Q is C is high. If either input is undefined or a timing-violation is detected, set the latch state and the Q/NQ outputs to 'X'.
