evaluate

public void evaluate(java.lang.Object arg)

evaluate: check the D, C, E and NR inputs and calculate Q and NQ. If NR is high (inactive), C has a rising-edge, and E is high (active), propagate D to Q. If NR is low, reset the flipflop. If any of the inputs is inactive or a timing-violation is detected, set the flipflop state and outputs to 'X'.
