Research Interests
- My research interest is on dynamic walking. The goal is to develop high efficient and agile bipedal walking robot. The study is mainly based on semi-passive dynamic walking and machine learning. A recent prototype is “Xingzhe”, which set a new record by walking 340,936 steps over 134 km in 54 hours with in-body 0.8kWh batteries without refuel or falling.
