evaluate

public void evaluate(java.lang.Object arg)
evaluate: check the C, D, E inputs and calculate new values for Q and NQ. If C has a rising-edge and E is '1', we propagate D to Q. If any of the inputs is undefined or if a hold- or setup-timing violation is detected, the Q/NQ outputs are set to 'X' values.
